What is the quality of the paper used for the prints?
All Mikkeller Prints are produced on museum-grade, 200gsm archival matte paper using Giclée printing techniques to ensure vibrant colors and long-lasting durability.
Are the frames included with my order?
Unless specified as 'Framed' in the product title, our prints are sold as standalone art pieces. This allows you the flexibility to choose a frame that perfectly matches your home decor.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on your location.
How are the prints packaged to prevent damage?
We take great care in our packaging. Smaller prints are shipped in stay-flat envelopes with rigid backing, while larger prints are rolled in heavy-duty protective cardboard tubes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, undamaged condition. If your print arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with photos for a free replacement.
Do you offer custom sizes for specific wall spaces?
